SESSION THREE: AIRCRAFT PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY FORECASTS
After a short-term slowdown due to the COVID-19 pandemic, business and general aviation jet usage is projected to fully rebound by mid-2021, ahead of the commercial airline industry. Although near-term new aircraft deliveries will dip slightly below previous forecasts, longer-range forecasts point to average annual growth in the mid-single digits over the next 10 years. This session will focus on business aviation's outlook for new and used aircraft in a post-pandemic environment.
